Our in-home treatments are tailored to support the unique needs and goals of our clients.

Before proposing a combination of remedial massage techniques, including: soft-tissue, deep-tissue and trigger-point therapies, we consider each person’s health, medical history, and everyday activities; adapting things like pressure and treatment frequency to suit.

How it works

Our remedial massage services range from 60-90 mins, depending on each client’s treatment plan and preferences.

Ahead of the appointment, we’ll be in touch to discuss the client’s personal health goals, medical history, and what to expect during the session.

Before we begin, we’ll run through some questions to better understand each client as an individual, covering things like allergies and any areas of tension or discomfort. We may also perform some range of movement testing to monitor the client’s progress before and after treatment.

Then, a majority of the in-home session is spent providing our discussed remedial massage treatment; checking-in regularly to ensure that clients are comfortable with the pressure applied.

While some treatments may involve moderate to firm pressure – and clients may experience some sensitivity afterwards – this usually only lasts 1-2 days, making way for an improved range of movement and mobility.

Our remedial massage treatments are suitable for all clients. Everything from the techniques and pressures used is adapted to support the individual goals and health profiles of our clients.

All therapists hold a Diploma in Remedial Massage.
They’re also first aid trained, police-checked, insured, and recognised by national massage associations.
We’re also approved to provide services under the Home Care Package program.

We use gentle, hypoallergenic massage oils that are safe for sensitive skin. If you have allergies or preferences, just let us know.
It depends. Our oils absorb easily into your skin and won’t leave a residue. But if you prefer to shower, of course, you can.
It depends on your care needs. Some people see us weekly, others fortnightly or monthly.
We’ll discuss this with you when we call you to book your first session.
We know many of our clients juggle multiple appointments, and sometimes, things come up unexpectedly.
You’re welcome to reschedule your session, but we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, the full session fee still applies, as your therapist has set aside that time just for you.
By confirming your booking, you’re agreeing to these terms.
Yes. You’ll receive a mobile text reminder two days before every session.
Most of our massage treatments are booked as a 60-minute appointment. This timeframe includes a brief consultation with your therapist, as well as the setup and pack-down of equipment. The hands-on massage component generally lasts around 50 minutes.
If you require a shorter or longer hands-on treatment, this can be arranged—simply let us know when booking or enquire prior to your session.
