Sports massage is a combination of treatment techniques which include but are not limited to soft tissue release, Neuromuscular techniques (trigger point), Positional release and fascial release that help improve and achieve maximum performance Pre, post and during sports activities. It helps reduce pain from overuse or misuse and greatly relieves muscle tensions and stress. The concept of a sports massage is to stretch short and tight muscles, stimulate inactive or dormant muscles and improve on the blood circulation, elasticity and function of the soft tissue muscles.
